CDL Truck Driver / Excavation Laborer

In this role, you won't just move equipment; you’ll be an integral part of our field operations, working side-by-side with the crew to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Heavy Hauling: Safely transport heavy equipment and machinery to and from job sites.

Specialized Operations: Operate roll-off trucks with precision and efficiency.

Field Support: Work on the ground with the excavation crew, assisting with trenching, site prep, and manual labor as needed.

Safety & Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain a clean, safe working environment both in the cab and on the site.

Requirements

Licensing: Valid CDL Class A (Required).

Experience: Proven track record in hauling heavy equipment and Roll-off truck experience (Required).

Versatility: A "team-first" attitude with a willingness to perform physical labor in trenches.

Reliability: Dependable, detail-oriented, and strictly safety-minded.

Mobility: Willingness to travel to various regional job sites.

Compensation & Culture

Pay Range: $25 – $35 per hour (Dependent on Experience).
