Job Description:We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a General Shop Helper. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude looking to grow in a manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Assist in the setup and operation of machineryLoad and unload raw materials and secure workpieces in machinesMonitor automated processes and support production flowPerform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning and lubricationCollaborate with machine operators and technicians to troubleshoot issuesInspect materials and finished products for defects or irregularitiesAttention to detail is crucial in maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.Qualifications:Basic mechanical experience requiredAbility to read and use a tape measure accuratelyStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamWork Schedule and Compensation:Full-time, day shift: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
