What You'll be Doing:

Construct, repair, and install frameworks, fixtures, and structures for residential and commercial projects

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and care

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite

Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to high standards

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Who We're Looking For:

Proven carpentry experience with residential and/or commercial construction projects

Skilled in reading plans, using hand/power tools, and following safety protocols

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and on a team

Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship

Willingness to learn new techniques and grow professionally
