If you are interested in this Engr 1, Quality position, please contact Milos Pavlovic at or Engr 1, Quality Compensation The pay for this position is $41.67 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Engr 1, Quality Highlights This position is a contract assignment (12 months) with potential to extend or convert based on attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Onsite, Monday-Friday, standard business hours (40 hours/week) 2-round interview process (phone screen followed by onsite interview) Resume shortlisting begins 4/17 at noon Max bill rate: $60.00/hr Engr 1, Quality Responsibilities Support equipment and production process-related complaint investigations, evaluations, and resolutions Conduct root cause and failure mode analysis for electronic devices Execute Engineering Evaluations for complaint closure Write test protocols, collect data, and prepare technical reports for validation activities Evaluate product and service quality and support complaint handling processes Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams Apply basic statistical analysis for quality determination and reporting Support process, equipment, material, and method validation activities Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards Engr 1, Quality Requirements Bachelor's Degree required 2+ years of relevant engineering experience Basic understanding of engineering principles, quality systems, and best practices Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, ISO, and other regulatory requirements Ability to perform root cause analysis and failure mode assessments Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to write test protocols, collect data, and generate reports Must be able to work onsite in Irvine, CA Engr 1, Quality Preferred Qualifications Medical device industry experience strongly preferred Experience with TrackWise preferred Familiarity with cross-functional engineering and quality environments Exposure to statistical analysis tools and quality metrics Experience supporting complaint investigations and engineering evaluations If you think this Engr 1, Quality position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
