Assist Admin Manager in the Administrative and office support activities for each department as to given instructions.
Assist all Compensation, benefits and Admin related works, order filing of records such as check and cash vouchers.
Monitoring and Inventory of all Office/IT/Fixed Assets, office supplies and other office needs.
In-charge of updating and Monitoring Quickbooks accounting payables, Journal entries and coordinates with the Accountant for the monthly reports.
Prepares and updates weekly Petty cash and Check payments flow.
Coordinates with Suppliers for Quotations and Purchases.
In-charge in phone calls and call backs in protecting manager’s time and interest.
Coordinates work flow and smooth operation with other departments.
Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
Assists Company applicants, guests, and Clients
Records/logs all mails, field transactions and delivers to recipients
In-charge on procurement of groceries, office supplies and other office & IT materials needed and approved.
Monitors daily all available stocks and supplies and weekly/monthly reports.
Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required by the Department Managers.
Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures and follow-ups
In-charge for the security of the company office assets during business hours of the shift.
Assists HR/Administrative tasks, recruitment and on-boarding of applicants, filing of records and correspondence.
Assist processing of employees benefits and government mandatory transactions to SSS, Pagibig, PHIC,BIR, DOLE and Business Development transactions.
Assist IT and Admin quarterly/semi-annual Office Assets physical Inventory checking and update.
Assists in repairs and other office operation related tasks that may assigned from time to time.
