Account Manager / Sales (High Volume)

Job Description

We are seeking someone with a sales or customer service background, that is constantly working to improve themselves and their company in the process.

Responsibilities:

Book Freight from assigned customers

Manage assigned customers and carriers

Negotiate rates with customers and carriers

Find available carriers, assign carriers to freight

Dispatch and track loads through entire process

Generate business leads

Acquire new customers and increase loads with existing customers

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor
