Prepare deposit slips, telegraphic transfers, and bank disbursement forms.
Update and reconcile bank accounts, passbooks, and statements of account daily.
File and maintain banking documents (deposit slips, bank statements, transfer forms).
Oversee opening/closing of bank accounts and manage banking documentation.
3. Petty Cash & Disbursements
Manage petty cash fund: releasing, reimbursement, and replenishment.
Audit and verify liquidation and reimbursement documents.
Prepare checks and payment request forms for management allowances and non-trade payments.
4. Bank Relationship Management
Act as the primary contact with banks and financial institutions.
Negotiate terms and conditions to optimize services and minimize costs.
Stay updated on banking industry trends and regulatory changes.
5. Cash Management & Reporting
Monitor daily cash positions and forecast cash flows.
Execute strategies to optimize balances and minimize idle cash.
Assist in preparing financial reports related to cash management and banking activities.
Analyze bank fees, interest rates, and costs to identify savings opportunities.
