Perform monthly bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Prepare reconciliation reports for management review.
3. Accounts Payable & Disbursements
Review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy and authorization.
Process payments, check vouchers, and online banking releases.
Oversee petty cash replenishments and maintain disbursement records.
4. Tax & Government Compliance
Assist in preparing and filing BIR tax returns (VAT, EWT, etc.).
Ensure compliance with deadlines and support audits.
5. Payroll & Employee Benefits
Support payroll processing (regular pay, overtime, deductions).
Post payroll journal entries accurately.
Ensure timely remittance of government-mandated contributions.
6. Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, P&L).
Conduct financial analyses on costs, revenues, and obligations.
Provide insights on resource utilization and financial strategies.
