8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Order Management & Advanced Pricing

L2 Application Support experience in Oracle Retail modules:

RMS (Retail Merchandising System)

RESA (Retail Sales Audit)

RHIM (Retail Health & Invoice Management)

GL & Merchandising

Application Support, monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows ensuring timely resolution of failures.

Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Databricks, and OIC
