As a Children’s Program Support Assistant, you’ll help create a safe, fun, and positive experience for kids learning to ski and snowboard.
If you have experience working with childcare, recreation, or hospitality - this could be the ideal role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming children and families, supporting daily check-in, and helping create a friendly, organised program environment.
Assisting children with gear, clothing, and equipment to keep them comfortable, safe, and ready for their lessons.
Supporting instructors during lessons and activities, both indoors and outdoors, to keep programs running smoothly.
Helping set up and pack down children’s areas, including play spaces, learning zones, and activity equipment.
Assisting with meals, snacks, and general supervision to ensure a safe, fun, and positive experience for every child.
What You'll Bring
Experience working or volunteering with children in childcare, education, recreation, or hospitality settings
On-snow experience is advantageous but not required.
A caring, energetic, and patient approach to working with young guests and families
Excellent communication and guest service skills, with fluency in spoken and written English
A passionate, adaptable team player who brings energy, positivity to a fast-paced mountain environment, working both indoors and outdoors settings
A proactive attitude, with the ability to stay calm, organised, and safety-focused throughout the day

Your Availability
Our Instructing team are employed casually, with the following options:
Unlimited Availability: For full-season team members, typically work up to six (6) days per week over Winter (June–September). Ideal for consistent work, training and eligibility for staff accommodation.
Limited Availability: For balancing other commitments. Must meet minimum availability requirements (see below), and arrange your own accommodation:
