Customer Communication Expert - Entry Level Sales - Paid Training!

Responsibilities and Daily Tasks for our Customer Communication Expert:

Greet customers in a professional and approachable manner during in-person interactions

Educate customers on wireless products, smartphones, and service plans to help them make informed decisions

Answer questions clearly and confidently, addressing features, pricing, and service options

Recommend solutions based on each customer’s needs and usage

Open and activate new customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail

Process upgrades, plan changes, and new service enrollments

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current products, promotions, and service offerings

Track customer interactions and sales activity using internal systems

Consistently work toward and exceed individual sales goals

Requirements:

B.S. or B.A. or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, retail, customer service, restaurant, bar, and other related industries

Must be entrepreneurial-minded

Ability to learn and retain new information and concepts quickly
