What you'll do:

Carry out full HVAC installation skills such as: equipment removal and installation of new, duct repair and/or replacement (fiberglass, flex, and metal), soldering, venting flues, refrigerant leak detection, and charging, recovering and reclaiming refrigerant, measuring refrigeration system parameters (gas pressures and temperatures, etc.), calculating static and CFM delivery, carrying out basic plumbing and electrical skills.

Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes.

Basic diagnoses of HVAC systems will be required at times.

Upon completion of Installation, review the equipment operation modes with the customer and have the ability to teach and explain how to operate all of the system features to confirm satisfaction and understanding.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience

Valid driver's license

Ability to lift 75lbs or more and climb ladders

Nice to haves:

EPA universal certification (preferred).

Completed specialized courses in commercial HVAC practices and having a strong working knowledge of codes and safety measures.

3+ years experience performing installs

Excellent communication & customer service skills.

High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.

Compensation for the Residential HVAC Lead Installer

Pay Range $25.00 – $31.00 per hour plus performance based BONUSES!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
