We’re Hiring: Technical Foreman Plant and Building

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Technical Foreman Plant and Building to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in accurate inventory control, and contributes to smooth warehouse and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise and execute mechanical, civil and electrical maintenance of plants and buildings.

Ensure continuous and reliable supply of utilities (Electricity, Compressed air, HVAC).

Diagnose technical faults and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Lead maintenance teams and coordinate with production and other departments.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance performance and reliability.

Maintain proper documentation of maintenance history records and analyze the trends.

Maintain compliance with safety, cleanliness, and proper organization of the workshop area.

Creating BOQ and make purchase requests for engineering materials.

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical or Civil Engineering (NVQ Level 5).

Minimum 5 years of experience in plant and building maintenance.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in AutoCad, MS Office Package (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP.

Knowledge in Lean and TPM will be added advantage.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Good communication in English and Sinhala.
