Qualifications

State License License must be in hand at time of application.

Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).

Certifications ARRT (R)

Certifications ARRT (CT)

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Radiography in last 3 years.

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Computed Tomography in last 3 years.

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty.

Skills Assessment COT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.

Skills Assessment RGR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.

References 1 reference within the last 370 days.

Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.

Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: ArtPix DR and Siemens X-Ceed CT scanner (experience welcomed, will train if necessary)
