Qualifications

State License License must be in hand at time of application.

Certifications ACLS

Certifications BLS (AHA) or BLS (ARC)

Certifications CCI (RCIS), ARRT (CI), or ARRT (R)

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist in last 3 years.

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty.

Skills Assessment RCT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.

References 2 references within the last 2 years.

Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of Unitypoint in the past 12 months.

Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Proficiency with Artis Zee C-Arm and Impella equipment. Proficiency and comfort in peripheral/coronary angiography, PCI, and pacemaker procedures. Proficiency with fluoroscopy.

COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.

Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.

Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
