Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team at the office in Wetherford, TX. This role will support our sales team by building relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Product Knowledge - Develop an understanding of product offerings to effectively communicate benefits and solutions.

Sales - Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities, generate quotes, and close sales.

Order Management - Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.

Data Management - Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
