Risk Management: Proactively identify infrastructure risks such as resiliency gaps, single points of failure, capacity constraints, and security exposures. Develop and execute risk mitigation plans, including architectural changes and remediation roadmaps.

Incident Management: Lead or contribute to incident post-mortems, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to enhance platform reliability.

Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into engineering requirements and technical designs, ensuring solutions align with technology strategy, roadmaps, and architectural guardrails.

Security & Compliance: Ensure infrastructure designs incorporate security-by-design principles, including identity and access controls, encryption, segmentation, patching, vulnerability management, and auditability.
