Hiring: Automation Tool Architect (Tricentis / Tosca)

Work Location: Charlotte, NC 28207

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Experience Required: 8+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tool Architect to lead enterprise-wide test automation transformation initiatives. This role focuses on designing scalable automation frameworks and implementing next-generation testing solutions using Tricentis tools.

Key Skills Required:

* Strong experience with Tricentis suite (Tosca) for test automation

* Expertise in multi-layered automation (UI, API, Mobile, Performance, ETL)

* Experience with CI/CD integration and cloud-based test infrastructure

* Knowledge of performance testing tools (LoadRunner, NeoLoad)

* Experience in API automation and test data management

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and implement enterprise test automation strategy using Tricentis tools

* Design and deploy scalable, cloud-based automation frameworks

* Lead automation transformation initiatives with AI-driven capabilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes and efficiency

* Manage technical risks, track KPIs, and ensure quality delivery

* Lead large teams and drive roadmap planning and execution
