ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

Our agency opened in October 2025 and were currently a growing team of three plus myself. Before becoming an agent, I spent six years working as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and a strong foundation for building my own office.

Im a proud Sumter native and a graduate of Clemson University, where I earned my B.S. in Economics. Im a big family person and love spending time outdoors. I also serve as a track coach and enjoy staying involved in the community through local events and the Chamber of Commerce.

For our team, we offer team lunches, ongoing training and development, 10 days of PTO, 5 sick days, licensing reimbursement, and a 401(k). ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Leah Barwick - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Previous customer service experience preferred.
