What You’ll Do

As a Guest Service Expert, you’ll create great experiences for every guest by:

Greeting guests with a friendly, positive attitude

Taking accurate orders and handling payments

Making menu recommendations and upselling when appropriate

Keeping the dining area clean and welcoming

Supporting your team in a fast-paced environment

Ensuring every guest leaves satisfied What We’re Looking For

No experience needed—we provide training

Must be at least 16 years old

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
