With Kelly, it’s all about connecting you with the job that’s just right!\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n\n\tPerform moderately complex microbiological and chemical tests to ensure products meet established specifications\n\tCoordinate testing activities to meet timely material releases with minimal supervision\n\tDocument and verify tests and analysis results, maintaining high accuracy and minimum discrepancies\n\tParticipate in preventative maintenance and standardization of laboratory equipment\n\tImplement updates, corrections, and changes to test equipment, procedures, and methods as needed\n\tTroubleshoot defective products returned by customers and help determine root causes of failure\n\tLead or participate in laboratory and quality improvement projects, including investigations, audits, and validations\n\tGenerate reports, create presentations, and develop or update procedures based on laboratory and business needs\n\tProvide training to colleagues and support cross-functional teams on quality matters\n\tMaintain laboratory inventory and ensure timely requisitions for replenishments\n\tAdhere to all environmental and safety policies, and help drive departmental objectives\n\n\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed\n\n\n\tBachelor’s degree in Natural Science (Microbiology preferred)\n\t2 to 4 years’ experience in laboratory work within a critical medical device and/or pharmaceutical setting\n\tFlexibility to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as needed\n\tExperience gained through research or investigations as part of your studies will also be considered!\n\n\n\nSkills That Set You Apart\n\n\n\tStrong technical skills in laboratory testing, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance\n\tAbility to document, analyze, and report findings clearly and accurately\n\tComfortable generating and delivering presentations or training modules\n\tTeam player who collaborates with cross-functional groups and adapts quickly to change\n\tEffective communication and organizational skills\n\tFluent in Spanish and English is a plus!\n\n\n\nWhy Kelly?\n\n\n\tAccess to a broad network of potential career opportunities\n\tCareer guidance, information, and tools to support your professional growth at every step\n\tFree access to 3,000+ online training courses via the Kelly Learning Center\n\tWeekly pay, paid vacation, sick days, holidays—and a Christmas bonus!*\n\tOngoing support from our recruiting network, now and for your next step\n\n\n\nWhat Happens Next?\nOnce you apply, if your skills and experience align, you’ll move forward to the next steps.
