Arctic Cat is hiring! We are ready to bring on a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for Thief River Falls, St Cloud and the Twin Cities. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding. This role partners closely with hiring managers, develops outreach initiatives, and supports continuous improvement of recruiting and onboarding processes. The Talent Acquisition Specialist must thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and maintaining exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles across multiple locations.
Manage new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth and successful transition into the organization.
Maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates using proactive sourcing strategies.
Partner with hiring managers to develop, enhance, and document recruiting and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with HR and department teams to create and refine interview guides and selection tools.
Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on effective recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding practices.
Represent the organization at career fairs, community events, and other recruitment activities to attract diverse talent.
Track and accurately report talent acquisition analytics to management, including recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and trends to support data-driven decision-making.
Stay informed of changes to state and federal employment laws that impact recruiting, hiring, and onboarding practices.
Ensure all recruiting activities remain compliant with legal and organizational requirements.
Continuously seek ways to improve candidate experience, streamline processes, and increase efficiency.
Manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Partner with internal teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely execution across all stages of the recruitment process.
Special projects as assigned.Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting with attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of employment laws related to recruiting and hiring.
Ability to travel for career fairs or onsite recruiting needs, as required.
