Qualifications

State License Compact licenses are allowed. Willing to obtain is allowed.

Certifications ACLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).

Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).

Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Operating Room - Circulating in last 3 years.

Skills Assessment ORC skills assessment with 2.7+ score.

Additional Skill Circulating Experience.

Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.

Additional Confirmations OR circulating experience and consciousness sedation experience is required.

Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: Experience with EPIC EMR. Experience with multidisciplinary adult and pediatric patient populations. Possible conscious sedation

COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.

Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season.

Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
