Job Role

The COO will be a pivotal executive leader tasked with "turning the tables" on organizational performance. This is not a status-quo role; we are seeking a transformation specialist with a strong leadership presence and the charisma to inspire a multidisciplinary workforce.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating high-level vision into flawless execution, revitalizing operational structures, and ensuring that the company’s internal capabilities match its external market-leader status. You will oversee the entire value chain—from supply chain and logistics to large-scale project execution and high-tech service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Business Turnaround

Revitalize daily operations, including logistics, supply chain, and project management, to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Implement a performance-driven culture by establishing clear KPIs and accountability frameworks across all operational departments.

Modernize internal processes through the adoption of digital tools (CRM, Project Management software, and Service Tracking).

Strategic Execution

Partner with the CEO to convert long-term strategic goals into actionable operating plans.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen market positioning and ensure the successful rollout of new healthcare technologies.

Service & Clinical Delivery

Oversee the Technical Service and Clinical Application teams to ensure that after-sales support and preventive maintenance meet global manufacturer standards.

Champion a culture of "Service Excellence," ensuring that the technical uptime of medical equipment exceeds customer expectations and clinical requirements.

Stakeholder & People Leadership

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of department heads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Support the Business Development team in high-value tenders and hospital collaborations, ensuring operational feasibility and regulatory compliance.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulatory standards, quality certifications, and global compliance mandates from international principals.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

Proven Track Record: At least 15+ years of professional experience, with a significant portion in a senior executive leadership role (COO, General Manager, or Divisional Head).

Sector Expertise: Experience in Healthcare, Engineering, or complex Project Management environments is highly preferred.

Turnaround Experience: Demonstrated success in business transformation, process re-engineering, or driving significant operational growth.

Education: A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or a related field.

Leadership Profile

Charismatic Leadership: A strong, visible leader with the ability to command respect and build high-performing, loyal teams.

Execution Power: A "finisher" mindset with the ability to move projects from the boardroom to the field with speed and precision.
