Position Overview

HCL Specialist to support application stabilization, environment configuration, and deployment improvements.

This role requires deep expertise in HCL technologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to review systems, optimize processes, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document current application environments (Dev/Test/Prod)

Evaluate and improve deployment processes and pipelines

Perform code reviews to identify defects, risks, and technical debt

Troubleshoot environment issues, deployment failures, and inconsistencies

Provide recommendations for system stability and optimization

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities

Create documentation for findings, remediation, and improvement plans Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of relevant IT experience

Strong hands-on experience with HCL technologies (Volt MX / IRIS / Foundry)

Experience in environment configuration & deployment pipeline evaluation

Strong understanding of application architecture & integrations

Experience in code review, troubleshooting, and system optimization

Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment frameworks

Strong communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
