Tasks:

Perform studies by analysing documentation in the JHA domain (primary and secondary legislation, studies, and other applicable texts), and contribute to business use cases, stakeholder processes, and associated requirements.

Perform requirements engineering throughout the full lifecycle of activities.

Develop Requirements Management Plans, defining mechanisms for measuring, reporting, and monitoring requirement changes.

Develop Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) to ensure all requirements are captured and validated in the final software product.

Ensure comprehensive requirements gathering activities.

Perform requirements analysis to ensure requirements are clear, complete, consistent, and unambiguous, and resolve any conflicts.

Perform stakeholder mapping to identify relevant stakeholders for requirements input.

Collect business needs and demand requests.

Develop comprehensive end-to-end use cases with business stakeholders.

Coordinate with Solution/Business Architects for technical specifications.

Identify and apply appropriate requirements gathering methods (interviews, workshops, surveys, job observation, wireframes, mock-ups, etc.).

Liaise with relevant units/sectors to understand business needs and processes, and identify improvement opportunities.

Contribute to the definition and management of high-quality business use cases and requirements.

Contribute to the streamlining and harmonisation of business processes.

Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with enterprise requirements and processes.

Ensure quality, consistency, and completeness of business use cases and requirements, in line with organisational standards, policies, and methodologies.

Provide feedback and support for stakeholder training.

Supervise contract performance.

Guide and follow up with consultants.

Review deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.

Contribute to governance activities, including presentations, reporting, and follow-up actions.

Liaise with stakeholders to better understand business needs.

Perform detailed business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions.

Contribute to continuous service and business process improvement.

Participate in communication, marketing, and outreach strategies.

Manage associated deliverables.

Keep updated on market evolution within the relevant domain.

Specific Expertise:

Minimum B2 level of English; French is an asset.

Minimum 4 years of higher education (Master’s degree or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or Information Technology).

Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in similar roles.

Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices, supported by experience in IT projects and certifications (PRINCE2, Agile, TOGAF, LEAN, BABOK, ISTQB, or equivalent).

Experience in requirements development and management across the full software development lifecycle.

Experience in feasibility studies, market studies, business case preparation, and IT work planning.

Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Experience in contract management of IT services.

PRINCE2 and BABOK certifications are considered an asset.

Quality-driven, service-oriented, and results-focused mindset.

Ability to plan ahead, anticipate risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders and project teams.
