Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Client Service Associate (CSA) to support our team with daily administrative and client service tasks. You will help our clients feel supported and valued while also keeping branch processes running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in financial services who enjoys working in a close-knit, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

Provide ongoing client service support including account opening & maintenance, money movement, transfers and other account update requests

Assist with client communications (email, phone & mail correspondence)

Prepare and organize client documents and reports, including updating data in spreadsheets

Maintain accurate and up to date records and data entry in CRM systems

Proactively track client service processes to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and nothing is overlooked

Handle general office tasks such as checking mail, emptying dishwasher, keeping supplies stocked, etc.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, client service, or administrative support role

Strong organizational and time-management skills, respectful of client service standards, meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks while prioritizing

Excellent, professional written and verbal communication, with a proficient & friendly manner when interacting with clients and colleagues

High attention to detail and accuracy, as well as follow through

Is a driven, self-motivated individual with a strong initiative and solid work ethic

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Desired Qualifications

Financial industry background

Administrative services experience (service, client-facing or sales)

Strong grasp of the industry along with a solid understanding of investment products

Shows dedication to ongoing learning and continued professional development

Wells Fargo Clearing/Smart Station/Advisor Gateway experience (possible signing bonus)

Compensation

Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 (based on experience, skill level & licenses)

Benefits include paid market holidays, 3 weeks PTO and a retirement plan
