Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented Inventory / Returns Clerks to join our team in Olive Branch, MS. In this role, you will be responsible for processing returned products, including shipping, receiving, and inspection. This position plays a key role in maintaining quality standards, particularly with medical devices and instruments.

Key Responsibilities

Process returned items through shipping and receiving procedures

Perform visual inspections of medical devices and instruments

Identify defects and ensure quality standards are met

Handle sterile and non-sterile packaging associated with returns

Maintain accurate inventory and documentation

Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and reporting

Follow all safety and compliance procedures

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail

20/20 vision (corrected or uncorrected) required

Basic math skills

Basic computer knowledge

Good communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility and reliability

Minimum 6 months of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or operations

Experience with warehouse management systems preferred

Requirements

Background check required

Must be able to meet production and quality standards
