Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our team! You will oversee projects from start to close out. We are general contractors who perform 98% of our work in the DOD commercial sector. Large portions of our projects are self-performed. Pay DOE.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of a construction project

Allocate resources for assigned projects

Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

Maintain safety standards on the site

Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

Negotiate with subcontractors to receive reasonable order costs

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in commercial construction Supervision or other related fields is a must.

Familiarity with construction management software.

Strong leadership qualities.

Deadline and detail-oriented.

Strong ability to accurately read and understand blueprints and perform quantity take-offs.
