Job Summary

We are seeking a Sitework Foreman to join our team!

Responsibilities

Directing and supervising labor crews and equipment operators

Reading and interpreting plans, grades, and specs

Coordinating with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors

Ensuring safety standards are followed

Tracking progress and reporting daily production

Troubleshooting field issues in real time

Type of work:

Excavation and grading

Installation of utilities (storm, sanitary, water)

Roadwork, curbs, and sidewalks

Drainage systems

Site prep for paving or foundations

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Foreman or similar position is preferred

Deep understanding of work optimization methods

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership and crisis management skills

Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
