Information Technologist I

Job Description

Central Electric Power Cooperative, Jefferson City, has an opening for an Information Technologist I. Interested individuals should have a degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or closely related field of study.

Experience or training in the following areas is preferred:

-PC/Server installation, maintenance, and management

-Windows operating systems and applications

-Active Directory management

Experience or training in the following areas is a plus:

-Cybersecurity

-Network administration in a LAN/WAN environment

-Cisco routers, firewalls and other security devices

-VMware Virtual Server Management

-Cisco IP phone systems

-Audio/Video room systems

-Microsoft Office Products

-Access Control and Video Surveillance systems

-Mobile Device Management systems

-Genetec Physical security systems

This is an entry level position with a good opportunity for advancement. Salary range is from $65,000 and up commensurate with training and experience.
