Yardi ERP Application Manager

Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Yardi ERP Application Manager.

We need someone to assist in leading the configuration, optimization, and strategic roadmap of Yardi Voyager and RentCafé platforms while ensuring compliance and system performance.

Responsibilities:

Lead configuration, optimization, and support of Yardi Voyager and RentCafé

Ensure compliance with Affordable Housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC, HOME)

Manage integrations using SQL, APIs, and Microsoft Fabric

Oversee upgrades, patches, and new module implementations

Lead and mentor Yardi Business Analysts

Own product roadmap and release planning

Drive process improvement and change management initiatives

Oversee system security design and permissions

Coordinate Level 2 support and vendor escalations

Support reporting, analytics, and data integrity initiatives

Essentials:

7+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager and RentCafé experience

Strong SQL skills and understanding of Yardi database structure

Experience implementing Yardi modules and managing ERP projects

Experience with Microsoft Fabric, SSIS/SSRS, or similar integration tools

Strong understanding of property management and accounting workflows

Demonstrated leadership experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience

Desired:

Yardi certification

Affordable Housing industry experience

Experience with additional Yardi modules

Experience integrating with Power BI

PMP, ITIL, or change management certifications
