Bartender Server

Job Description

The Bartender Server plays a key role in delivering exceptional service at our casual bar, with a primary focus on bartending. This position requires preparing drinks efficiently, managing orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages quickly and accurately

Take orders and provide attentive customer service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of bartending experience

Strong customer service skills

Familiarity with POS systems

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
