We're looking for a talented Estimator to join our dedicated team and bring their expertise to our processes.

The Role:

As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between Engineering, Sales, and Production. You will be responsible for job management within our ERP system, creating technical layouts, and ensuring every project meets our rigorous safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do:

Project Management: Assist with job planning and management within our ERP software; ensure all project schedules and timelines are met

Technical Design: Create preliminary layouts and system drawings; perform material take-offs and maintain organized engineering documentation

Sales Support: Generate accurate customer proposals, quotes, and sales contracts, including pricing and credit terms

Innovation: Participate in cross-functional teams to research and develop new products

Safety & Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to MSHA, OSHA, and customer-specific safety codes

What You'll Need:

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting & Design, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field

Experience: 2+ years of related industry experience

Technical Skills: Familiar with 2D/3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)

Strong understanding of mechanical components, structural steel, and industrial construction

Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and sketches

Preferred Assets: Experience with millwrights, material handling, or mechanical conveying

Basic knowledge of low to medium-voltage electrical control systems and motors

Technical writing experience
