IT Project Manager (Software)

Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on and driven IT Project Manager to lead digital projects end-to-end. You’ll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Responsibilities

Proactively take initiative to lead teams, drive timelines, and resolve project issues—moving beyond coordination to actively manage delivery with minimal supervision

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met

Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and keep everyone aligned

Manage risks, issues, resources, and project changes while providing clear status updates

Drive team performance through planning sessions, stand-ups, and ongoing support to ensure quality delivery

Support testing, product rollout, user adoption, and post-release issue resolution

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

3–5 years of experience in IT project management or Scrum roles with end-to-end delivery exposure

Strong understanding of project management principles (planning, risk, budgeting, stakeholder management)

Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and influence teams

Experience working on digital products in fast-paced environments; PMP/CSM certification is a plus
