The Role:
As a Desktop Support Technician in Longview, WA, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally.
Provide first-level support for desktop and laptop issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
Assist users with software applications and hardware troubleshooting.
