Job Description
We are hiring a Digital Growth & Performance Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels.
This role is focused on performance-driven marketing, where you will own strategy and execution across paid media, affiliate partnerships, and new growth channels. The goal is to deliver measurable business outcomes, optimise acquisition efficiency, and scale high-performing channels.
You will play a key role in expanding digital reach, improving funnel performance, and driving ROI-led growth in a fast-paced environment.
The Job
You will be responsible for:
Owning end-to-end digital acquisition strategy and execution across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), focusing on driving sales, improving funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA), and maximising ROI.
Building and scaling affiliate and partnership channels by onboarding partners, managing relationships, and optimising commission structures to drive profitable growth.
Identifying and launching new acquisition channels by testing emerging platforms, tools, and opportunities, and scaling those that show strong performance.
Optimising existing channel performance through campaigns, pricing strategies, and continuous experimentation to improve conversions and channel contribution.
Driving performance tracking and analytics by leveraging tools like GA4 and ad platforms to generate insights, improve decision-making, and establish clear reporting on acquisition and ROI.
Ideal Candidate
You have 5–9 years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth roles
You have hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, or TikTok
You have experience with affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance-driven platforms
You understand performance marketing metrics, funnel optimisation, and acquisition economics
You are commercially driven and outcome-focused, with a strong ownership mindset
You are proactive, experimental, and comfortable working in fast-paced or startup-like environments
You are confident working with agencies, partners, and cross-functional internal teams
