Job description:
We are hiring enthusiastic candidate for the role as a Customer Support, you will assist customers, handle queries, and provide support in multiple languages to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone, chat, or email
Resolve basic customer issues or escalate when required
Communicate clearly and politely with customers

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: Freshers or 6–12 months experience in customer support
Basic computer knowledge
