Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to design modern, intuitive, and user-centered interfaces for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, project managers, and development teams in an Agile environment, driving product improvements and delivering high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and engineering teams to gather UI requirements
Design wireframes, prototypes, and interactive UI solutions
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
Create and maintain a Design System library for consistency and reuse
Work across the full product lifecycle: discovery design delivery
Ensure UI/UX follows best practices and security standards
Collaborate with developers for smooth UI handoff and backend integration
Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, backlog grooming, etc.)
Lead discussions, design workshops, and contribute to product strategy
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of UI/UX design experience
Strong experience in Agile methodology
Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Fluent UI
Experience with Figma or similar design tools
Strong knowledge of user-centered design & site architecture
Experience designing applications from start to finish
Hands-on experience with ASP.NET / C# / MVC
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
UI/UX Certification
Experience with ASP.NET Core MVC applications
Experience creating user journey maps & workflow diagrams
Knowledge of secure UI design practices
Additional Requirements
Must present a portfolio during the interview
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
