Responsibilities: Provides a secretarial service regarding the following: Maintenance of a complete telephone and address database.
Screening mail received and forwards to relevant Director of staff member when required.
Printing e-mails that need to be attended to.
Organizing the Director's electronic files and e-mail addresses.
Assists with relief duties as and when required.
Stands in for other Secretaries in their absence.
Account Management & Expansion Manage a named portfolio; conduct regular QBR-style reviews with Top 20 accounts.
Cross-sell and upsell adjacent services to increase average revenue per account.
Track contract end-dates (prospects and customers) to time re-engagements and prevent lapses.
Pipeline, Forecasting & Reporting Maintain an accurate, time-stamped pipeline in CRM with stages, probabilities, values, and next actions.
Submit weekly sales plans (typically Fridays) and call sheets (target: 8 meaningful client interactions/day; guideline 6 new + 2 existing). Present weekly pipeline updates and monthly forecast accuracy reviews with Sales/Branch leadership.
Commercials & Deal Quality Prepare costings in Excel; ensure pricing aligns with margin thresholds and branch strategy.
Complete all sales documentation accurately (contracts, surveys, installation/handover packs). Ensure credit vetting is complete before activation, partner with Operations for seamless start-up.
Customer Experience & Retention Resolve complaints within 48 hours and close the loop with the customer.
Set and monitor service-level expectations with Operations; escalate risk proactively.
Champion product innovation and value-added services.
Decision Rights & Ways of Working Operates independently day-to-day; self-manages territory, calendar, and priorities.
Escalates only on policy exceptions, pricing outside guardrails, or material risk.
Collaborates cross-functionally (Operations, Credit, HSE/Compliance) to ensure delivery readiness before the deal close.
