Job description*:

Lead and manage end to end delivery of enterprise applications using .NET, .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft Azure.

Deliver projects for European Utilities clients, including Electricity, Gas, Water, Smart Metering, and Billing systems.

Apply PMP policies and best practices across project lifecycle—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resource management.

Drive Agile ways of working, blending Scrum/Kanban practices within a PMP governed delivery framework.

Act as a techno functional leader, providing solution design oversight and technical decision support.

Collaborate with European business stakeholders across regions and time zones.

Ensure Azure cloud solutions comply with security, regulatory, and compliance standards relevant to EU utilities.

Manage cross functional, multi vendor teams and coordinate dependencies effectively.

Track milestones, KPIs, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies proactively.

Provide transparent status reporting, governance updates, and change management.

Mentor teams and foster a high performance, continuous improvement culture aligned to Agile values.
