ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for AK Holloway Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

In this hybrid role, you'll build and manage client relationships, offering personalized insurance solutions. Insurance knowledge is preferred; however, property & casualty and life/health license (within 90 days) will be required to fulfill this role. Your own transportation is required. This position offers a stable base salary plus commissions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Service and Sales goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Prepared to pass Property & Casualty license to start
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
