Job description*:

To be a domain expert for Salesforce functional area(s) and provide consultancy service to both IT team as well as Business Units.

· Work with business to understand & document requirements and assess these against the core Salesforce product functionality available.

· Work with business in a structured way to document pain points, Customer journeys and propose MVP-based value delivery.

· Work with the business to assess the value of change requests and seek standard solutions where possible to minimise customisation / cost

· Work with business users to prioritise requirements & / change requests ensuring internal / IT efforts drive maximum results

· Support user acceptance testing, provide sign-off and success tracking post implementation.

· Follow scaled agile processes & techniques to drive the delivery of the business solutions to ensure deliverables are met in terms of quality, quantity and timelines against the agreed commitments to business.

· Participate in all agile ceremonies specifically conducting sprint refinements & sprint demos as well as PI refinements and PI demos.

· Document user journeys, as-is business processes, to-be process and journeys.

· Decompose requirements into user stories and document and manage user stories in sprint backlogs in JIRA.

· Document and maintain knowledge of business and Salesforce features in Confluence.

· Provide high quality post implementation business support to the users

· Provide training/support to the business on the CRM system and support them on ad-hoc reports as required.

· Participation in Scaled Agile and Sprint ceremonies driving refinements and product demos with business.

· Lead Salesforce demos for capability walkthroughs on-demand and self-initiated.

· Work with team to drive business adoption along with defining & tracking business KPIs related to Salesforce.
