Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee who is eager to build a career in Human Resources. This is a 6-month training program with PPO (Pre-Placement Offer).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
Post jobs on portals and screen candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
Handle basic HR operations tasks
Requirements
2-6 months of internship experience in HR and Recruitment
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
Basic knowledge of recruitment & HR processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office
