Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Proven change management experience, spanning from the design phase to reinforcement
Certification in CCMP or Prosci is required
Comprehensive experience with end-to-end change management frameworks; familiarity with ADKAR methodology is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement communication strategies
Analyze the impact of changes on various teams and processes
Mentor team members to foster professional growth and development
Confirm alignment of change initiatives with business objectives
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support change adoption
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives
Uphold the firm's standards and practices in change management activities
