External Audit Manager (CPA)

Job Description

Qualifications:

A degree holder: graduate of BS Accountancy

Must be CPA

Must have 6 years of external audit experience (local/international)

With at least 2 years of people management experience (Lead, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager level are welcome to apply)

Must be a team player, thrives in working and communicating with team members at all levels, including senior management;

Must be an experienced leader, willing and able to coach subordinates in the development of their career and skills;

Responsibilities:

Take part in coaching, training, and other chances for the designated team members to grow.

Actively giving feedback to their immediate team members and other teams within the organization, and fostering a healthy work atmosphere by cultivating strong bonds with superiors and lower-level clients.

Assume responsibility for the engagement portfolio, delegating tasks to team members and evaluating their work before it is finished and sent to clients.

Effectively lead the team in accordance with the established goal and performance output to consistently exhibit collaboration dynamics.

Take part in a variety of initiatives, constantly showcasing originality and self-motivation.
