Burn Table Operator

A well?established steel service company in Zelienople, PA is hiring Burn Table Operators to run CNC burn tables, load steel using overhead cranes, and ensure accurate, high?quality cuts.

LOCATION: Zelienople, PA PAY: $20/hr SHIFTS AVAILABLE: • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM-11:15 PM • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM-7:15 AM Benefits After Probation: UPMC Medical (70% paid), Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, 401k with match, 8 paid holidays + holiday bonuses Job Duties • Operate CNC burn table using computer panel • Load/unload steel using overhead crane, magnets, chains, and straps • Read work instructions and follow production requirements • Use measuring tools to verify accuracy and quality • Create and modify CNC programs for unique jobs • Document job and quality information (paper & computer) • Maintain clean, organized work area • Perform preventative maintenance as needed • Follow all safety protocols and report defects Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ year CNC machine operating experience • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted • Comfortable working in a warehouse/fabrication environment • Must pass background check and drug test Great second or third shift opportunity with a stable, growing team.
