Role Summary
The Senior Cloud/AI Engineer will design, build, and deploy production - ready AI agents using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS Agent Core services, and Google Vertex AI. This role is hands - on and execution - focused, supporting enterprise workflows through reliable, secure, and well - governed AI agents. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement AI agents using Copilot Studio, AWS Agent Core, and Google Vertex AI
Build agent workflows including intent handling, tool calling, memory usage, and multi - step task execution
Develop and optimize prompts, system instructions, and grounding strategies to ensure consistent agent behavior
Implement Retrieval - Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns using enterprise data sources, APIs, and document repositories
Integrate agents with enterprise systems and APIs (ServiceNow, internal platforms, cloud services)
Deploy and manage agents across development, test, and production environments
Implement security controls including identity, authorization, and data access boundaries for agents
Support monitoring, logging, and usage analysis to improve agent quality, reliability, and performance
Troubleshoot agent behavior, tool failures, and integration issues
Collaborate with platform, security, and application teams to deliver approved agent use cases
Contribute to documentation, reusable patterns, and deployment playbooks Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software, platform, or cloud engineering
Hands - on experience building LLM - based applications or AI agents
Strong development skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience deploying services in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Strong experience with APIs, authentication, and integrations Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform extensions
Experience with AWS AI/ML services or Google Vertex AI
Familiarity with agent concepts (tool calling, memory, orchestration)
Experience implementing RAG architectures
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion
Experience operating applications in enterprise or regulated environments
Strong debugging, documentation, and collaboration skills
