CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

Operate and monitor machining equipment (CNCs, lathes, mills, etc.)

Load parts and ensure machines are running safely and efficiently

Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Make basic adjustments to tooling and offsets to maintain quality

Identify and report issues with machines, tooling, or part quality

Replace worn or broken tooling as needed

Complete production documentation, tags, and reporting

Maintain a clean and safe work area (6S standards)

Support continuous improvement efforts and team initiatives
