CNC Programmer/Operator

Job Description

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Modeling and drawing customers parts

Proficient in CAD/CAM Software. TopSolid a plus

Proficiency in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code)

Ability to select the correct tooling for the part

Ability to do Machine Set ups & Touch offs

Experience with Fanuc Controls

Collaborating with Machinist to Troubleshoot and improve efficiency to meet production timelines

Ability to operate at least 2 Machines

Ability to perform Machine Maintenance when needed

Abilities and Expertise Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous work experience required

Mechanically inclined

Strong multi-tasking skills

5 Years Minimum Experience

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong Quality Control

Must be able to bend, lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs

Strong organization skills required to keep a clean, well-kept Environment
